I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, who works with adolescent girls and women struggling to have satisfying personal relationships and realizing their potential. I have found that oftentimes the thing holding them back is a disconnection from self especially their connection to their body and emotions. When you can fully connect to your authentic self, that is when you can truly thrive!
I graduated from Southern Methodist University, where I specialized in Clinical Mental Health and Secondary School Counseling. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and French Language and Culture from Austin College.
Prior to Saber Living, PLLC, I worked at the SMU Center for Family Counseling as a Masters student. Mostly recently I worked with children, adolescent and adult women at Cannenta Center for Healing and Empowerment in Dallas, TX. I currently work with students at Ursuline Academy of Dallas.
